About Me

Hi! I'm Jo.

My favourite part of this job is the moment a brand finally clicks, when someone sees it and goes "oh, that's us". Getting there is less about guessing and more about asking. Who your people are, what you want to be known for, the stuff you can't quite put into words yet.

I care more about work that makes sense than work that just looks nice. A brand that says the right thing, and a site that turns visitors into enquiries.
